Must have an overall GPA of at least 3.0 or higher on 4.0 grading system, Must be involved in community service demonstrating leadership qualities, Must be from the South Atlantic Region(SC, FL, GA), Must major in mathematics sciences or art/creative design, Recipient must reside or attend school in either the South Atlantic or North Atlantic Regions, The scholarship shall be awarded to a dedicated female member of the FAMU Marching 100 Band, Demonstrates exceptional musicianship, achieves academically, and exhibits superior leadership, Shows a genuine interest in the success of the band and possesses the qualities of finer womanhood, Must be a sophomore student or above matriculating at Florida A&M University, Must go to school or reside in the South Atlantic Region, Must reside or go to school in the South Atlantic Region, Must be from Marion or Dillion County in South Carolina, enrolled in a full time student at an accredited school, a personal statement of less than 500 words, Must reside in Georgia, Florida, or South Carolina, 3.0 GPA from an accredited institution where the Bachelors degree was awarded, Must live or reside in the South Atlantic Region, Must be majoring in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), Students must be from the South Atlantic Region (FL, GA, SC), Must be enrolled at a Community College (be able to provide proof), Undergraduate student attending Florida A&M University (FAMU), Must be attending be attending Leadership Seminar or Boule, Demonstrate qualities of leadership on campus and in the community, and model the values of Alpha Kappa Alpha, Undergraduate sorors of We, along with the city, have really been working together to make sure that some kind of way we made it happen.
